AFFIDAVIT

I, SATURNINA B. PACIA, of legal age, married, American citizen, and a

resident of 12911 Bonnie Lane, Stafford, Texas, United States of America, after
being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state

1. My family and I arrived at the NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT,

Paraaque City, Metro Manila last May 29, 2007 at 10:20 oclock in the evening.

2. When we arrived here at Baguio City, we discovered that we had

inadvertently left one of our baggages at the airport, specifically a black bag bearing
the name SATURNINA PACIA and the address 12911 Bonnie Lane Stafford Texas,
U.S.A.

3. I called the airport and was informed that our said baggage is currently at
the interline baggage area of the arrival section.

4. I seek to recover the said baggage through my cousin, MELVIN PETE BANAG
SAGYAMAN, who will personally go to NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT to
claim, receive, and receipt for it in my behalf.

5. I attest to the truth of the foregoing statements to the best of my own

personal knowledge and based on authentic documents or records. I am executing this
affidavit to cause the authorities concerned to return our baggage which we
inadvertently left at the NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT particularly our
black bag bearing the name SATURNINA PACIA and the address 12911 Bonnie
Lane Stafford Texas, U.S.A. as well as for all other lawful intents and purposes it
may serve.
