The Founding Fathers of America, fought the Revolutionary War against the

tyranny of England in America. The American Declaration of Independence states that

every person has the Individual Natural Rights of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of

Happiness, based on Natural Law. The Individual Natural Rights of Life, Liberty, and

Pursuit of Happiness, precede the State and precede the authority of the State. If the

laws of the State violate the Natural Law, Individual Natural Rights of Life, Liberty, and

Pursuit of Happiness, then, those laws are null and void. Every person has the Individual

Right of Rebellion against any unjust authority. Even provisions of the American

Constitution are null and void if they violate the Natural Law Principles of Life, Liberty,

and Pursuit of Happiness. For example, the 13th Amendment to the United States

Constitution illegally provides that any person can be made a Slave, if that person has

committed a crime. This slavery amendment violates the Natural Law Principles of Life,

Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness and is thus void. Contrary to some logical positivists,

we are not required to obey any laws or policies or commands which are unjust or

unreasonable. Every person has a Right of Rebellion against governmental tyranny, or

any other tyranny, such as irrational psychiatry. Moreover, the Individual Natural

Rights of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness apply, and are valid, regardless of

what any religious authority says. As it has been said, the price of Liberty is Eternal

Vigilance. Each person has a Natural Law Duty to Rebel against unjust authority.
