    CHEM 3471 Quality Assurance for Laboratories - 2017

    Tutorial #2
    Due Tuesday January 31st at 11.00am
    By this time you should have been assigned to a company and be exposed to their
    Quality System.
    You are therefore required to:
    1. Identify the company and its location
    2. Do a background survey of the company
    a. The history of the company from incorporation to the present
    b. What are the challenges
    c. Who are the customers
    d. Who are the competition
    3. Identify the companys products or services
    4. State why it is important for the company to maintain quality
    5. What certification if any does the company have?

    Each Group is expected to make a short presentation (<5 min). NOT PowerPoint
    WHITEBOARD!
