Commenting on the New initiatives and successful completion of Murbad expansion, Mr. Somani,
MDOriconEnterprisesLtdcommented,WeareexcitedabouttheopportunitiesIndiaispresenting

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 1, 2017 have
reconsidered/evaluated the earlier decision relating to Scheme of Amalgamation and decided to
withdrawOrientalContainersLimitedfromthesaidschemeofAmalgamation.TheBoardofDirectors
hasnowsubjecttoapprovalofvariousauthoritiesdecidedtoamalgamateOriconPropertiesPrivate
LimitedwithOriconEnterprisesLimited.
