Dear Secretary Pablos:
Pursuant to Section 552.008, Texas Government Code, and for a legislative purpose, 1 am
requesting any and all information, documents, and communications, including but not limited
to, letters, emails, faxes, instant messages, scheduled meetings, reports, purchasing orders, or
contracts, concernin;
Whether or not any voter fraud occurred in Texas during the most recent presidential election,
specifically:
‘The findings of any examination, inquiry, or investigation that your office has conducted
concerning voter fraud in Texas during the 2016 presidential election.
‘The number of noncitizens who cast votes in Texas during the 2016 presidential election.
‘The number of deceased voters who cast votes in Texas during the 2016 presidential
election.
If you have not conducted an examination, inquiry, or investigation into voting fraud during the
2016 presidential election, please provide an explanation as to why your office has declined to
investigate.

information is for a legislative purpose and that this request is made under Section 552.008,
Government Code and not subject to exception from disclosure.
