Description:

This application is used for issuing the securities and it is used in Germany, Hong Kong, London and
Luxembourg. Security is nothing but the issue of a bond. A Bond is one which an investor agrees to loan
money to a company or government in exchange for a predetermined interest rate." If a business wants to
expand, one of its options is to borrow money from individual investors. The company issues bonds at
various interest rates and sells them to the public. Investors purchase them with the understanding that the
company will pay back their original principal plus any interest that is due by a set date and it is called the
maturity. Commercial Paper is simply referring to bonds issued by companies and these are created through
this application.

As the retail pharmacy division of client, it sells prescription drugs and a wide assortment of general
merchandise, including over-the counter drugs, beauty products and cosmetics, film and photo finishing
services, seasonal merchandise, greeting cards, and convenience foods through their pharmacy. They also
provide healthcare services through its Minute Clinic healthcare clinics as well as their Diabetes Care
Centers
RxConnect is an online transactional software system, enabling a pharmacy to fulfill the needs of
prescription filling and drug dispensing activities. This system permits distribution of the prescription filling
activities, enabling the pharmacy to complete the process in a shorter period of time. The system scales,
supporting a single retail pharmacy up through an enterprise organization consisting of multiple pharmacies
dispersed across a large geographically area.
