foreign merchant affiliates.

Payment of only the minimum amount due or any amount less than the total amount due for the billing cycle/period would result to the

Payment for Installment Transactions


The monthly installment amortization shall be computed as the Total Amount Payable divided by the approved Term of payment. Successive
installment amortizations shall be billed to the Card Member in the succeeding Statement of Accounts until the Total Amount Payable is billed in full.

Cash2Go Installment Effective Interest Rates


The computation of the Monthly Installment Amortization shall be on a diminishing balance method. It means that interest per installment period shall be calculated based on the remaining outstanding
balance of the loan at the beginning of each installment period. The principal and interest portion of the computed monthly installment amortization across the end of the term will not be equal from
month to month. The first billing of the monthly amortization shall be on the day the installment transaction was processed by MCC and the succeeding monthly installments shall be billed the same day
every month except when the day fall on a non-processing day which will be automatically posted on the next processing day. The last billing of the monthly installment amortization maybe lower or
higher from the previous monthly installment amortization billing due to rounding-off differences.

SUMMARY OF OUTSTANDING INSTALLMENT
Credit Limit. Your credit card has one credit limit for both local and international
purchases. The cash advance and installment facilities form part of your total credit

placement of a wager, purchase of lottery tickets, in-flight commerce gaming, and the
purchase of chips or other values in conjunction with gaming activities provided by Bancnet) or through online payment via Metrobankdirect at www.metrobankdirect.com.

Multiple Payment Fee. A fee of PHP50 will be charged for each payment made to
Metrobank Card in excess of two (2) within a calendar month.
Cash2Go Processing Fee. P100 will be charged for every Cash2Go transaction.
Balance Conversion Processing Fee. P100 will be charged for every Balance
Conversion transaction.
Returned Check Fee. A fee of PHP1,500 will be charged for check payments which
were returned due to reasons such as, but not limited to, insufficient funds, unsecured
deposit, stop payment order or closed account.
Overpayments. Overpayments made by the cardholder shall not earn interest and
shall be applied to succeeding credit card usage and charges. In case of
overpayment on closed accounts, a monthly Account Maintenance Fee of PHP200 or
an amount equivalent to the credit balance, whichever is lower will be charged to
accounts with credit balance that are closed or with no activity for the past 12 months.
Errors in Your Statement of Account. Please notify us within twenty (20) calendar
days from receipt of the SOA of any erroneous billing or discrepancy. Otherwise, the
SOA will be considered correct. Likewise, any payment shall be taken as conclusive
proof of your concurrence to all the amounts, figures, and charges appearing in the
SOA.
Change in Name, Address and Telephone Numbers. Please notify us of any
change in your name, billing (residence and business) address or telephone number
by calling our 24-hour Customer Service at (632) 8-700-700 or 1-800-1888-5775
(domestic toll-free). Otherwise, it is presumed that all information are still valid and
that you have received all communications and billings sent by MCC.
Lost or Stolen Card. For lost or stolen cards, please contact our 24-hour Customer
Service at (632) 8-700-700 or 1-800-1888-5775 (domestic toll-free) immediately upon
knowledge of the loss so we can block your card. Your liability for all purchases
and/or cash advances made through the use of your lost or stolen card will cease only
upon your written/verbal notification to and actual receipt or recording thereof by
MCC. The replacement card will have a new credit card number.
Card Security. Never give your credit card or disclose any information pertaining
thereto to any person even if he/she claims to be an employee or representative of
MCC. Surrender or return of the credit card plastic to MCC or any representative of
MCC is not required for card account cancellation, expiration/ termination, or
replacement. Credit card plastics contain personal information so make sure you
dispose of your cancelled cards properly.
Regulatory Limitations. Your card must not be used for the purchase of
items/goods the importation into the Philippines of which is subject to the provisions of
BSP Circular No. 1389, as amended, and all other circulars, laws, rules and
regulations pertaining to importation. Likewise, the proceeds of any cash advance
availments abroad shall not be used for foreign investments or the payment of foreign
loans or in violation of any existing foreign exchange rules and regulations.
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Requirements for Cards & Loans.
In compliance with BSP Circular Nos. 472, 549 and 622, please submit a copy of your
latest Income Tax Return or BIR Form 1700, or BIR Form 2316, or pay slips for the
