SECTION 1.

I do hereby declare that this is my last will and testament and that I revoke /
cancel and annul all wills that were previously made by me either jointly or
independently. I also declare that I am of legal age and of sound mind to
make this will. This last will and testament expresses my true wishes without
any influence.

SECTION 2.

I am married to Romeo Sanchez Marinas ,referred to as my spouse below.

I have the following children:

Section 3.

I bequeath the whole of my estate, property and effects, whether movable or

immovable, and wherever they may be situated and of whatever nature to
my all my children, to be divided equally among the three of them.
Specifically, I bequeath the 2-storey Apartment Building located at Pasong
Tamo, to my children, equally divided among the three of them, as well as
my jewelries, to be divided equally among the three of them.

Section 4.

Should any provision that is contained in this will be judged by an

appropriate court of law as invalid it shall not affect any of the remaining
provisions.
