TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Teachers have the opportunity to change lives, one child at a time. With education
as the foundation, students are able to develop respect, collaboration skills, ability
to take risks and self-confidence to become a successful life-long learner. My goal as
an educator is to create an inspiring and supportive environment where all students

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Fueling the Soul: Hiking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, fishing and
camping are just a few of the things that fill my lungs and keep me grounded
Making a Mess: Cooking, baking, and DIY arts & crafts allow my imagination
to run wild as well as fill my belly and spruce up my bedroom walls
Laughing out Loud: I cherish being surrounded by a large family and close
friends, creating memories, and laughing so loud my belly hurts
Exploring my Neighborhood: Every day I am amazed by the country I live
in, and travelling Canada coast to coast and taking in all it has to offer is a
dream of mine
