CUSTOMS HELP TOOL

USER GUIDE

BACKGROUND

The Implementation of the Document Processing Center (DPC), has necessitated the creation of an
easy and convenient communication tool between Customs and its different Stakeholders. The
revised Help tool is an easy and user friendly web-based application that can be accessed from
anywhere as long as the user has internet connection. Here below is the step-wise guide on how to
use the help tool.

A. ACCESSING THE HELP TOOL


The help tool is accessed through the address http://help.ura.go.ug

B. CREATING A PERSONAL ACCOUNT
