to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Sealing Work of the Holy Spirit
To seal is to confirm or approve as ours.
Sealed In The Greek is “sphragizo” sfrag-id'-zo meaning: to stamp
(with a signet or private mark) for security or preservation (literally or
figuratively);
2Corithians 1:20-22
KJV 20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen,
unto the glory of God by us. 21 Now he which stablisheth us with you
in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 22Who hath also sealed us, and
given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
NLT 20 For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in him. That is
why we say “Amen” when we give glory to God through Christ. 21 It is
God who gives us, along with you, the ability to stand firm for Christ.
He has commissioned us, 22 and he has identified us as his own by
placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts as the first installment of
everything he will give us.
Ephesians 1:13-14
KJV In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the
gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were
sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our
inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the
praise of his glory.
NLT 13 And now you also have heard the truth, the Good News that
God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as
his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago. 14
The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us everything he
promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. This is
just one more reason for us to praise our glorious God.
Ephesians 4:30

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the
day of redemption.

And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live.
Remember, he is the one who has identified you as his own,
guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption.

Controlling Work of the Holy Spirit
Ephesians 5:18-21

18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with
the Spirit; 19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and
spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ; 21 Submitting yourselves one to
another in the fear of God.
NLT 18 Don’t be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life.
Instead, let the Holy Spirit fill and control you. 19 Then you will sing
psalms and hymns and spiritual songs among yourselves, making
music to the Lord in your hearts. 20 And you will always give thanks
for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

And further, you will submit to one another out of reverence for
Christ.
When One Is Drunk With Wine It Controls Them.
Quiet people may become loud.
Shy people may become bold.
Hard people may become gentle.
Nasty people may become nice.
Alcohol controls or affect people to do things that they normally
or naturally don’t or cannot do in and of themselves!!
Galatians 5:16-18
KJV 16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the
lust of the flesh. Ga 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and
the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other:
so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Ga 5:18 But if ye be led
of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
NLT 16 So I advise you to live according to your new life in the Holy
Spirit. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The
old sinful nature loves to do evil, which is just opposite from what the
Holy Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are opposite
from what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly
fighting each other, and your choices are never free from this conflict.

But when you are directed by the Holy Spirit, you are no longer
subject to the law.
