Ms. Emilia Concpecion D. Severino is currently holding the position of

State Auditor II and has been with the Commission on Audit for 17 years and
4 months. She is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, College of
Commerce with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in
Accountancy. She passed the CPA Licensure Examination in October 1987.
To enhance her academic achievement, she further pursued a post-graduate
studies and earned a degree of Bachelor of Laws at the Palawan State
University last April 8, 2014 and subsequently took the 2014 Bar
Examination held at the University of Santo Tomas. She recently passed
said examination and has been accepted as a member of the Philippine Bar
on April 27, 2015. She is now a full-fledged lawyer.

With her stay in the Commission for the past 17 years, she has been
assigned the responsibility of heading various audit teams, specifically in
the local government sector. She has consistently performed her duties and
responsibilities efficiently and competently with utmost integrity and
sincerity. She has gained technical knowledge, skills and experience in the
field of audit when she has earned a total of 816 relevant training hours by
attending various seminars, skills training, conferences and symposia.

Presently, Ms. Severino is designated as Team Member of Teams B

and C, Corporate Government Sector, Cluster I-Banking and Credit. Being a
team member, she is tasked to conduct audit on the banking and lending
operations of both branches of Land Bank of the Philippines and
Development Bank of the Philippines at Puerto Princesa City. It is also her
responsibility to assist the Audit Team Leader in the preparation of
mandatory periodic reports. She shows leadership potential, demonstrates
independence and possesses a high degree of professionalism in the
performance of her duties and responsibilities.

With her now being a full-fledged lawyer and equipped with strong
technical and supervisorial experience, academic achievement and
continued strive for excellence, Ms. Emilia Concepcion D. Severino is highly
qualified to assume a higher position and therefore recommended to be
promoted as State Auditor IV.
