Petrobras has started operating the Cidade de Maric FPSO platform, in the Lula field (LulaAlto area), in the presalt layer of the Santos Basin. The
platform is located approximately 270 kilometres from the coast, at a water depth of 2,120 metres. With a daily production capacity of up to 150,000 barrels
of oil and 6 million cubic metres of gas, this is the seventh major definitive production system in the presalt layer of the Santos Basin.

SBM Offshores floating, production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) Cidade de Maric will depart shortly from the quayside to offshore Brazil. The
FPSO arrived in Brazilian waters midJune and berthed at the Niteroi, Rio de Janeirobased Brasa shipyard on July 9, 2015. Once it arrives to its location on
Lula field in the Santos basin, it will be installed and operated there for the next 20 years. FPSO Cidade de Saquarema is currently waiting in Rios
Guanabara Bay to take her turn at SBM Offshores jointventure Brasa shipyard by year end. FPSO Cidade de Saquarema arrived in Brazilian waters early
November, following her 57day and 10,738 Nm (approximately 20,000 Km) voyage from China, where conversion of the two vessels hulls took place. The
module lifting campaign will begin immediately once Cidade de Saquarema is safely berthed at Brasa. Integration of the modules fabricated in Brazil will be
followed by final commissioning before setting sail in 2016 to join Cidade de Maric on Lula field.

FPSO Cidade de Itagua MV26, operating in the Iracema Norte area of Lula field, in the PreSalt layer of Santos Basin offshore Brazil, has achieved first oil
production on 31st July, 2015, 5 months ahead of the schedule anticipated under the contract. The FPSO is chartered by Tupi B.V., a subsidiary of Petrleo
Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras), under a 20 year lease and operation contract. Moored 240 km off the coast of Rio de Janeiro at a water depth of around 2,240
metres, the FPSO is capable of processing 150,000 barrels of oil per day and 280 MM standard cubic feet of gas per day, and has storage capacity of
about 1,600,000 barrels of crude oil. This is the 10th FPSO/FSO vessel which MODEC has provided in Brazil, as well as MODEC\'s 4th FPSO in the Pre
Salt after the FPSO Cidade deAngra dos Reis MV22, the FPSO Cidade de So Paulo MV23 and the FPSO Cidade de Mangaratiba MV24. Similar to
previous MODEC\'s FPSOs for PreSalt, the FPSO had its process modules assembled, installed and integrated by the company in Brazil. The completion
of the FPSO, which began with the conversion of the VLCC tanker carried out in China, demonstrates the commitment of MODEC to conform to the
Brazilian policy of enhancing local content, involving two module construction sites in the state of Rio de Janeiro and another one in state of So Paulo.
