o Dual role - Sales and Technical point of contact for all clients.
o Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base.
o Providing sales data, proposals and account reviews to the client base.
 o Develop strategies for Affiliates/Agencies/APP Developer across globe for different
campaigns such as App Downloads, Lead Gen, and other transaction-based websites, to
improve client's campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

Achievements:

o Participated in Hackathon13 and build the proxy/device chrome extension and fetching
rich media from an Ad Group.
o Got Spotter(token of appreciation) for the month of JULY/SEPT 2013.

Tools:
Proxy/Device Chrome Extension:
With the help of a developer, created Proxy/Device Chrome Extension which is useful in finding various
Landing Page behaviors (including third party tracking etc.) in different countries and devices. This will
be helpful in removing any misleading Ads on premium/Tier-1 publishers.

Rich Media Ads:

The idea was to get all the rich media ads on a single page from an Ad Group and then check the behavior
using extension. This is very helpful for the internal approval team.

Responsible for:
o Working with Regional SE in ensuring customer response time lines are met as per SLAs
set for each Key Account activity.
o Managing 3 Regional SE(Solution Engineers US/JAPAC/EMEA)
o Working with Regional SE in ensuring quality and accuracy in all resolutions provided to
external and internal customers.

number of iterations.
