Proxy/Device Chrome Extension:
With the help of a developer, created Proxy/Device Chrome Extension which is useful in finding various
Landing Page behaviors (including third party tracking etc.) in different countries and devices. This will
be helpful in removing any misleading Ads on premium/Tier-1 publishers.
Responsible for:
o Working with Regional SE in ensuring customer response time lines are met as per SLAs
set for each Key Account activity.
o Managing 3 Regional SE(Solution Engineers US/JAPAC/EMEA)
o Working with Regional SE in ensuring quality and accuracy in all resolutions provided to
external and internal customers.
o Accuracy in ensuring that the answer will resolve the customer's query with minimum
number of iterations.
o Working closely with Respective Account Owner and Regional SE in providing proactive
Customer Issue Identifications and Resolutions.
o Monitoring and logging of all activities performed on the Key Accounts front.
o Ensuring the Regional SE is up to date with all activities performed on the Key Accounts.

InMobis entire product suite.
