the recent passing of lo-
cal Pharmacist, Wayne
Currah. Wayne passed
away Saturday, February
18th at the age of 56. At
the time of his passing,
Wayne held the posi-
tion of chairman of the
Minnedosa Primary Care
Centre committee. File photo
Born and raised
in the Basswood-Minnedosa area, Wayne gradu-
ated from the University of Manitoba in 1982, with
a degree in Pharmacology. Later that year, he began
working at Minnedosa Pharmacy, a business which
he would be associated with for the remainder of his
life. Wayne became a partner in the business in 1984
and assumed the position of manager of Minnedosa
