beamingdatatoandfromthesatelliteastheyrefinethetransmissionprocess,studydifferentencodingtechniquesandperfecttrackingsystems.Theyalsowill
studytheeffectsofcloudsandotherdisruptionsoncommunications,studyingmitigatingsolutionsincludingrelayoperationsinorbitorbackupreceivingstations
ontheground.
Theinvestigationwillconductgroundtechnologyvalidationtestingin2017.Itwillflyasacommercialsatellitepayloadin2019.
