Growing up, I was raised in a Christian home, meaning I was only exposed to one

worldview and that is what I still believe to this day. As I have grown, I have learned more and

have strengthened my Christian faith. My faith would not be faith today if I did not learn about

other worldviews, they showed me a lot and most importantly helped show me why I thought my

worldview was the one I was going to put my faith into.

I believe I am a monotheistic believer because I believe in one God who created this

earth and everything else in existence. The reason I believe in a God is because there is nothing

else that could have possibly brought the world together with such small and important detail.

God is a personal God, who loves interaction and hearing from us. He is very protective and only

wants the best for us in life because we are his children. He created everyone perfect in his image

and loves all people, even if they turn their backs on him.

Our God has gone through so much to earn his peoples trusts back, so he would not want

to just give us up like that. Since we are all created in his image, we are his children, like many

parents he does not want to give his children away. He works as a parent would to take care of us

and teach us his ways. He wants to see all of us together again someday in heaven.

Because of my faith and what I believe, I accept and identify as a Christian. I believe

there is an absolute truth to why we are here on this earth. I believe God put us here to live out in

his glory. We are here to help those who have gone astray and lead them to the word of the Lord.

I believe this because the Bible talks about living your life for the Lord, and living according to

his will. I believe anybody who is saved and believes they are saved and lives according to Gods

own will can find this absolute truth.

At this point in my faith, I have become completely strong in it where I can say that my

Christian worldview is the true and absolute truth. Other worldviews have been proven to have
some flaws and Christianity may have a few as well, but it all ends where you put your faith.

There would be no such thing as religion if nobody had faith in anything. But, because of what I

have been taught throughout my life, and what I have learned in multiple Bible classes, I believe

that Christianity is the absolute truth in the world. Everything that is said in the Bible and

everything I have been taught makes complete and total sense to what I believe to be true. Which

is why I say Christianity is the absolute truth.

I do believe there are moral facts that we should follow. Things like the ten

commandments that were given to Moses and the Israelites to follow. Yes those rules are really

old, but they are morally correct and were sent from God himself, which means we should follow

and obey them. Some laws and traditions were ended when Jesus was sacrificed to pay for our

sins, which means we do not have to follow them anymore to this day. But that does not mean

we can then just go crazy and let things go, it means we still have an image to uphold and that is

the image of our heavenly father. We have to be the mirror image of God to uphold his holy

name, which is not an easy thing to do. We still have to try our best because we are representing

him in this world, which means we still have to follow our moral teachings.

I learned that our world is imperfect, everyone is sinful in their own way. All people

become sinful when they enter into this world, we were born into sin. We cannot change our

sinful desires, or our sinful nature. But we can learn from it and use it to strengthen our

relationship with God. The only way can try to fix our ways, is by accepting God and continuing

to strengthen our relationship with him. We put our faith in and follow him. His word is the only

way we can be saved from eternal suffering in hell.

I would love to say that our world is a theistic universe, but I am not completely sure of

it. Our generation currently is very materialistic. It is hard to distinguish which view to go with,
but I do believe that our world was created by our heavenly father with a purpose. He created the

world with his very own hands, out of nothing basically. Our God is the almighty God and has

the ultimate power to create the world out of nothing, which is what I believe. The world today,

in my opinion, is in its most unholy state. It has fallen deep into the pit of sin, but not deep

enough for people to lose their faith. But I believe God will pull all of us out it and save us,

because he always has a plan for us.

People today are broken, we need salvation to save us. As believers in Christ we know

that we are undeserving of Gods grace, but are fortunate enough to being blessed each day. The

suffering in the world today is due to the fact that so many people have either turned their backs

on Gods word or have fallen short of hearing about his grace and mercy. Everyone can be saved,

if they turn back to God and accept Jesus as their savior. All of us are here for a reason, to uphold

and draw people back to the Lord. We should live our lives serving God and fulfilling his word.

Our reward in the end is eternal paradise in heaven with God himself. After death we enter into a

peaceful eternity with him. There is hope for many who have turned away from the word, it is

never too late for someone to give their life to the Lord.

Jesus, our Lord and savior, is very important because he holds a place in the trinity as

The Son. He was sent to the earth to preach and spread Gods word across the land to bring

people back to God. He was very successful in his mission while here. He gained many followers

and even had his own group of disciples whom he taught to minister to people as well. He is

important because he was crucified by the non-believers, taking all of our sins down to with him.

With his blood, all believers were washed clean. He even defeated death, crushing and sending

Satan to an eternal suffering. Because of Jesus, we are all saved no matter who we are.
My thoughts on Christianity are simple. I believe that the Christian religion is true and is

what I believe in. I believe this because I grew up in a Christian home, went to a Christian

church, and have gone to a Christian school my entire life. What I was taught growing up made

total sense to me, which is why I trust in it so much. Many of my influences are very strong in

their Christian faith as well. They influenced me to trust in my faith and give all my troubles to

the Lord and everything will be alright.

My childhood and education have been a big influence in what I believe to be true today.

It is what I plan on keeping my faith in the rest of my life. Many people have helped me form

and shape my worldview today, it is thanks to them for teaching and leading me through my

journey. I have learned so much from all worldviews and without it, I know mine would not be

the same.
