OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Revision of SeniorityListofJTS grade of IB(E)S as on01.01.2008 in compliance of CAT

order i n OA. No.25l2 OO8, 42821 2013, t646 12014' regarding.

In compliance of CAT Bench, Ernakulam, Chennai and Principal Bench, New Delhi decision
dated 19.11.2009,23.07.2015, L4.07.2016 and 23.08.2015 and in pursuance of Ministry of l&B's
order No. O9/20L5-BA(E) dated 20.L0.2016 all Assistant Engineers of AIR & Doordarshan
promoted on ad-hoc basis at different times, have been regularized with effect from
26.04.tgg9,30.06.2000,26.03.2004,14.01.2005,29.05.2007 and L0.07.2007 i.e. the date of their
ad-hoc promotion. The promotion has been granted with consequential benefit of further
promotion to STS grade if otherwise eligible.

2 Consequent upon regularization, the seniority of JTS grade of IB(E)S officers including
officers regularized on 10.07.2007 has been revised as on 01.01.2008 and has been framed
placing the officers as per panel year of their adhoc promotion and draft seniority list is
circulated herewith for information and record .The discrepancy , if any, may kindly be
intimated to the undersigned latest by O2-OI-2017 through their respective officers.

no discrepancy is pointed out by the stipulated date, it would be presumed that the
officers have nothing to say in this regard and the Seniority List will be accordingly finalized
after incorporating necessary changes if required.

3. The Seniority List also been uploaded on the official website of AIR www'air.ors.in.
