With a large consumer base of 28 million users and scores of different
data channels, Browne and his digital insights team at EE had the
tough task of integrating all of their business intelligence into one place,
and then visualizing them simply for a non-technical audience. As

Dwayne says,[Using our data], we have to tell stories that are non-
technical, and that we can relay back to people. In particular, there
are four major types of data sources they needed to combine: Adobe
Analytics, VOC databases, clickstream records, and personalization

from these sources into Amazon RedShift, and then push it all together
into Tableau easily to see the story behind the data.
