February 14, 2017 PROTEST NOTICE for ignoring all my prior claims and notices

DELIVERED BY: Marc Boyer bearer of a King George VI - World War Bond # 000665,
In response to an ongoing [Sec 16 CC] Crime of Omission, for the total 'Failure of any entity to
honourably comply with trust law', thus constituting gross malfeasance in a Higher Order.

Vice-Admiral Mark A. G. Norman CMM CD On the understanding that at face value: This
Provost Marshal refuses to uphold his fiduciary trust to act honourably on my World War Bond.
TAKE NOTE: In this Higher Order, [until proven otherwise] you are all guilty of violating the Act thru:
Sec 11 CC - Suspending a Civil remedy - No civil remedy for an act or omission is
suspended or affected by reason that the act or omission is a criminal offence.
a. ON THIS: Now that the entire issue of King George's War Bond has reached this 65-year old
threshold of maturing, results where everything in order to decommission this Beast. This may
result where a failure to promptly to settle my mature bond is called 'flying a kite'. [in this case]
with my Matt 24:20 warning, it's a death wish to act like my bond should 'take flight' this winter.
b. [As to Rom 8;18on], this World War Bond is how and when Jesus' allotted inheritance of Dan
12 is accepted; it's when we become sons that fulfill God's destiny of us sharing in the burden
therefore share in the glory of God and we inherit the earth as Sons. This CQV trust really is
the spirit of death that destroys you all, if you don't convert this destroying force into being this
omnipotent Spirit of Life, and frankly to not believe this will result in this bond flying a kite.
c. THINK ABOUT IT: To initiate any delay tactic in redeeming this trust is giving consent to
dark forces to subvert this inheritance. Why subject me to being taken out of the way? Any
delay only proves that without Love, you're asking for a resounding gong to seize the moment.
Sec 14 CC - Consent to death - No entity [like the Law Society] is entitled to consent to
inflicting a death pacts on themselves, even with consent on the person(s) who gave consent.
a. As to Isaiah 52, you're supposed to seize the moment and rejoice that my War Bond really is
fulling God's promise of being sold into slavery for nothing and we will all be redeemed
without money [as to Luke14] Make up your mind not to worry beforehand how you will
defend yourselves. 15 For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will
be able to resist or contradict. 16 You will be betrayed even by parents, brothers and sisters,
relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death. 17 Everyone will hate you because
of me. 18 But not a hair of your head will perish. 19 Stand firm, and you will win life.

b. Failure to act accordingly results in proving that you're still all under a powerful delusion and
will be destroyed, unless you act righteously and repent /accept a metanoia, where in the
twinkle of an eye, we surrender to Love, and proceed thru the Gentle Spirit to awaken the elect
to become the Wise of Dan 12, and/or the Conquerors of Love, of Rom 8, by simply respecting
this good first fruit offer. ON THIS: it's called FAITH [or the lack thereof] Clearly, what i see as
inevitable, you call impossible to accept that with just this good news, Love conquers all.

Sec 15 CC Obedience to Defacto Law - 15 No person shall be convicted of an offence in

respect of an act or omission in obedience to the laws for the time being made and
enforced by persons in de facto possession of the sovereign power in and over the place
a. Things are in place for accepting that the Queen's trust is not in force after Feb 6th, 2017.
b. WAKE UP: King George VI's Estate will now be the new defacto law, because his trust is in

Conquerors of Love, who believe and are saved, by delivering this redemption across the world,
then just continue to go fly a kite, for the Queen.
Sec 16 CC - Defence of mental disorder [aka] In the end, the Truth shall set you free
(1) No person is criminally responsible for an act committed or an omission made while
suffering from a mental disorder that rendered the person incapable of appreciating the nature
and quality of the act or omission or of knowing that it was wrong.

a. ON THIS - The Law is Spiritual, and you're all in a powerful delusion created by 'the Beast'
NAMELY: As long as this Nineveh /CQV trust keeps sucking the life force of this world, then
mankind's mindset to evil will never be broken. [as to Rom 10] For Isaiah says, Lord, who has
believed our message? 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the
message is heard through the word about Christ. 18 But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course
they did: Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.
b. This last line is similar to every other reference of when the Redeemer is revealed because
once the good news that the CQV is converted to being a Life giving force, we all experience a
metanoia, where our minds and hearts are possessed by the Spirit of Life in a twinkle of an eye
c. I ask. How can Love Conquer all, other than by accepting this redemption of all debt?
How else can we be conquered by a love, without taking this chance that Love conquers all?
d. Frankly, the function of this protest notice is to show you a ways and means to break this
Publication Ban in order to effect Peace on earth thru Peaceful means, by accepting this offer.

PREAMBLE: Dan 12, Rom 10/11, 1Cor 15, Isaiah 52, and Luke 21:14 are all interconnected.

ON PRESSING AN OFFER: Jenny Kwan is my MP; therefore, she holds this Constitutional
power of not a hair on her head perishing, by asking Trudeau: DURING QUESTION PERIOD
'what's going on with redeeming Marc Boyer's War Bond?, and to explain Mark Norman's
involvement to duly defend this bond issue, in order to uphold their oath to the Office.

This should break this Rom 10 rut of revealing THAT: 'of course you all know'; frankly, i think
you all want to go to Hell, because you see this redemption as evil. If this causes you to
stumble by rejecting good first fruit, then total self destruction by this wicked generation will be in
place for Satan, and on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses, a fate worse than death will be
unleashed, in order to liberate the meek from evil men who refuse to repent, and are destroyed.
Respect the fact that to actually believe that redeeming all debt as to Dan 12 is a curse,
is solid proof that you're in a powerful delusion. That's just the way it is; [either way] - God
promises to act with speed, and finality in order to deliver the world from evil, on Judgment Day.
IN CONCLUSION: What part of repent or perish don't you get? Your ticket to Paradise on earth
is being squandered, by insisting that the evil principalities of this world must be protected.
It's not my choice what you choose. Act righteously or perish in a merciless death, by being
among the 2 or 3 witnesses that trampled on the Son of Man once too often .
ON THIS: Daniel, John the Baptist, and Paul were also sons of man. Not to be confused with
Christ Jesus, who is the Son of God; and none of you will ever see him until someone with
authority says: 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of my Lord.'

- Mark Norman was forced to cease his duties, 3-days after i [marc boyer] filed with this Chief Provost
Marshal to act on my King George VI's World War Bond #000665 that matured on my 65th birthday
[Dec 20th] - The king's Bond matured on Feb 6th, 65 years after his death Processing this bond is
subject to due process, and apparently in private UCC trust chambers. The entire bond must be settled
including redeeming my bond. Until told otherwise, Mark Norman is relieved of his duty to the Queen
[with pay] because he now holds the duty of representing the King's best interests.
- For this bond to be delayed is a crime [under Sec 11 CC] in law it's called 'flying a kite' to delay this
due process on the King's trust. [As to Mat 24 20] we all all supposed to pray that this bond does not
take flight in winter - [as to Dan 12] this bond brings life to the dead - by redeeming my bond fulfills the
King's trust - the Spirit of Life emerges from the ashes of the spirit of death [the CQV trust] - apparently
