DOSAI MAKER

SYNOPSIS
This project deals with the fabrication of DOSAI MAKER MACHINE which
works in the principle or eccentric cam mechanism. The main features of this machine
are promotes mass production, can make dosai, more easy, reduces fatigue. In our project
has a simple and low cost Dosai making machine, which can help generate employment
in rural areas. Solenoid Valve is used to supplying the oil to the hot vessel.

Now days this machine can have a good market because of the following reasons.

1) It is very simple in construction and using simple mechanism.

2) Easy to operate
3) Available at low cost
4) It saves time and money.
5) It is portable
INTRODUCTION

This is an era of automation where it is broadly defined as replacement of manual

effort by mechanical power in all degrees of automation. The operation remains an
essential part of the system although with changing demands on physical input as the
degree of mechanization is increased.

Degrees of automation are of two types, viz.

Full automation.
Semi automation.
In semi automation a combination of manual effort and mechanical power is
required whereas in full automation human participation is very negligible.
 WORKING PRINCIPLE

In our project is having Permanente magnet D.C motor is drawn power from the
power supply unit. The power supply voltage is 12V, 5 Amps. The Cam shaft is coupled
to the permanent magnet D.C motor shaft with the help of suitable arrangement.

The Cam shaft of other end is connected to the Rolling Roller with the help of
proper welding arrangement. The solenoid valve is fixed to the top of the hot vessel. One
end of the solenoid valve is connected to the oil tank. The other end is go to the top of the
hot vessel. The heating coil is kept bellow the hot vessel with the suitable arrangement.
The motor is running when the switch is in ON condition. The cam shaft and roller
arrangement is used to split the raw material uniformly.
