ISO 9001:2008 Definitions
Purpose and scope of the internal audits.
Planning of internal audits covering all the activities based on the identified
processes and the requirements of standard within the organization.
Preparation for internal audits including preparation of check lists.
How to collect audit evidence through review of documents and records,
observation and processes and by talking to employees at all levels.
Questioning techniques during internal audits.
How to evaluate collected audit evidence to determine the extent of
compliance with the audit criteria.
How to decide and document non-conformities, observations and suggestions /
recommendations for improvement.
Evaluation and acceptance of corrective action plan proposed by the auditee
department.
Verification of actions taken on non-conformities and closure NCs
Case studies based on workshops focusing Product Design
Role play as an auditor and an auditee.
Course Material The delegates will receive Specific designed notes in soft formats.
Methodology Lectures, highly interactive sessions, group exercises and case studies.
Certification A certificate of successful completion of the course will be issued to those participants
who satisfactorily complete the continuous assessment during course duration and have
successfully passed the examination.
Course Fee Rs.5500/- per participant : 10% discount in the fee given for 3 or more participants
from the same organization. Fees are to paid by DD/cheques payable at vadodara only
in favour of SITS Delegate fee is non-refundable. Changes in nominations are
acceptable.
