The project will establish a new Onondaga Gaming global headquarters, and will enable the $50,000 Network, Inc. company to grow its collectible trading card website development business into the international marketplace. The project is expected to add 88 jobs to the current work force of 62 which will transfer to the new project location.
Aspen Dental Management, Inc. will invest
approximately $21,800,000 to create a 150,000- sq.-ft. corporate headquarters where corporate Aspen Dental affairs of the company will be managed and new Onondaga Management, $2,000,000 employees will receive corporate training. The Inc. new facility will be at 400 South Salina Street in Syracuse. The project will retain 912 existing employees and create 400 new jobs. Community Memorial Hospital will invest approximately $6 million to renovate and expand the size of its emergency department in the Village of Hamilton, Madison County, from 1,916 Community to 3,935 sq. ft. The existing space is outdated Madison Memorial $500,000 and not in compliance with current hospital Hospital, Inc. standards. As a result of the improvements, the hospital will increase the number of patients treated, requiring the addition of 6 new employees.
COR Van Rensselaer Street Company, LLC will

Crouse Health Hospital, Inc., located in Syracuse,
Onondaga County, will invest approximately $17 million to relocate and expand its Chemical Crouse Health Dependency Treatment Services program Hospital, Inc. ("CDTS") from its existing 34,260-square-foot Onondaga $1,000,000 dba Crouse facility to approximately 45,000 square feet at a Hospital nearby location to be determined. The project, which includes renovations and equipment upgrades, will add 18 positions to the CDTS's current workforce of 74.
Earned Visibility, Inc., which provides internet
search engine optimization and software development for a wide range of customers, will invest approximately $3 million to renovate and equip approximately 45,000-square-feet of leased spaced at a location to be determined in the City of Syracuse, Onondaga County. Earned Earned Visibility currently leases 23,525 sq. ft. in Onondaga Visibility, Inc. $600,000 Downtown Syracuse collectively located at 316 (Terakeet LLC) South Clinton St., 318 South Clinton St., and 333 West Washington St. Terakeet, LLC, a wholly- owned subsidiary of Earned Visibility, is the direct employer of the 150 employees who will relocate from the existing Syracuse locations to the new space. The project is expected to create an additional 200 jobs. Empire Farmstead Brewery Inc. will invest approximately $1,275,000 to create a new barrel aging program in approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of what will be vacant cellar space at the new 42,000 sq. ft. brewery facility which is nearing Empire July 2016 completion in Cazenovia, Madison Madison Farmstead County. ESD is providing a $250,000 URI grant $250,000 Brewery Inc. for the project, which includes constructing and equipping the space for manufacturing, packaging, and storage of beer products. The project is expected to add 9 jobs in addition to the companys previous commitment to create 69 jobs.
Empire Housing and Development Corporation
will invest $6.53 million to construct a 21,600 sq. ft. building to house a One Stop Veterans Service Center at the corner of Van Rensselaer and North Empire Geddes Streets in the City of Syracuse, Onondaga Housing and County. The facility will include a Wellness Onondaga $1,200,000 Development Center, office and training space, reception, Corporation kitchen, and conference space. The One Stop will connect veterans to the community and to available services, including peer support, integrative medicine, employment assistance, service dogs, recreation, and culinary training.
Farm It Out Produce, Inc. will invest
approximately $1.4 million to construct and equip a 24,828 sq. ft. indoor greenhouse, most of which will be dedicated to growing a large variety of produce hydroponically. The facility will also Farm It Out Madison house a Community Support Agriculture retail $275,000 Produce, Inc. operation to offer fresh produce to members. The company expects to be a USDA "designated merchant", offering food stamps and SNAP to meet the nutritional needs of lower income families. The new business will create 7 jobs. Felix Schoeller North America, a manufacturer of highly technical specialty papers, will invest $8.5 million to purchase and install a silicone coating Felix Schoeller line in its Pulaski facility that will produce papers Oswego North for the pressure sensitive adhesive paper market. $1,200,000 America, Inc. The project will allow the company to shift manufacturing from its affiliates in Germany to the U.S., creating 23 new jobs in Central New York.
Gear Motions, Nixon Gear Division will put in a
new line for high helical gears to be manufactured in NYS for a Rochester based Gear Motions, customer. This reshoring initiative includes Onondaga Nixon Gear $125,000 building renovation and the purchase and Division installation of new machinery and equipment. The project will cost an estimated $1,063,000 and create 4 jobs.
Gelesis will acquire two 40,000 sq-ft facilities and
renovate them into commercial-scale, biomedical manufacturing facilities. The project also Onondaga Gelesis, Inc. includes the purchase and installation of $2,000,000 manufacturing equipment and will create 79 jobs. The overal budget is estimated to be $30,000,000.
Giovanni will purchase a state of the art facility in
Lysander, Onondaga County and consolidate their four locations into one. It addresses the Onondaga, technical, political, policy, economic, and safety Gryphon Madison, concerns of the community and provides real- $5,100,000 Sensors, LLC Oneida world examples of successful implementations and the benefits that accrue. The program establishes NY State as a premiere location for the development of UAS interoperability to provide the safe and economically beneficial service to the general population. The project will add 9 new jobs to the existing 33 jobs.
Housing Housing Visions Consultants, Inc. will invest

The project will retain 34 jobs and cost an estimated $4,500,000.
The Near West Side Initiative will invest
approximately $1,056,000 to develop a 1.7 acre Near West lot in the 100 block of Marcellus Street in Onondaga Side Initiative, Syracuse, Onondaga County into a neighborhood $200,000 Inc. performance infrastructure facility. Park Avenue Lantern Corporation will invest
approximately $17 million to redevelop the Park Avenue former R.E. Dietz factory near downtown Lantern Syracuse into apartments and commercial space. The Hampton Inn will create 29 full-time permanent jobs, replacing some of those lost due to the closing and demolition of a 50 year-old Ramada Inn formerly located on the site. Sunoco will renovate and equip a portion of its
facility into a 30 metric ton per week grain malting facility to be located in Fulton, New York. This system will be capable of producing a diverse group of malted products that our craft Oswego Sunoco Inc $700,000 brewing industry demands. The facility would supply a significant percentage of the malt requirements for the New York State farm breweries. The total project costs are $9,156,220 and will create 8 jobs. Syracuse Lighting Company LLC will invest $6.81 million to complete a mixed-use renovation of the historic former Syracuse Lighting Company headquarters in the City of Syracuse downtown Syracuse Franklin Square neighborhood. The interior Onondaga Lighting $800,000 space will be retrofitted to accommodate a craft Company LLC brew house, restaurant, retail space and tasting area, as well as office space and apartments. The company will create 38 jobs, including 13 jobs involved in the manufacturing of brew product.
The Kimberly at Grant Boulevard, Inc. will invest
$23,216,224 to adaptively reuse two structures at the Sisters of Saint Francis complex on the City of Syracuse North Side. integration company and manufacturer of custom cable located in Syracuse, Onondaga County, will purchase and install advanced Tony Baird manufacturing equipment needed to increase Onondaga Electronics, $52,500 capacity to meet evolving demands in the transit Inc. and defense industries. The project will cost an estimated $213,870 and add two new jobs to the companys current employment of four at the project location. The Town of DeWitt will invest an estimated $11,000,000 to build an all-inclusive outdoor multi-sports complex at the 24.5-acre Willis Carrier Recreation Center in Dewitt, Onondaga County. The complex will be universally Town of accessible, to be enjoyed by all residents and Onondaga $100,000 DeWitt visitors of Central New York and will also provide a home to the Syracuse Challengers Little League Baseball Division, which offers children with physical and developmental disabilities the opportunity to play baseball.
