Aspen Dental Management, Inc. will invest


approximately $21,800,000 to create a 150,000-

Earned Visibility, Inc., which provides internet

invest approximately $3 million to renovate and

leased spaced at a location to be determined in
the City of Syracuse, Onondaga County. Earned

South Clinton St., 318 South Clinton St., and 333
West Washington St. Terakeet, LLC, a wholly-
owned subsidiary of Earned Visibility, is the direct
employer of the 150 employees who will relocate
from the existing Syracuse locations to the new
space. The project is expected to create an
additional 200 jobs.
Empire Farmstead Brewery Inc. will invest
approximately $1,275,000 to create a new barrel
aging program in approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of
what will be vacant cellar space at the new
42,000 sq. ft. brewery facility which is nearing

will invest $6.53 million to construct a 21,600 sq.
ft. building to house a One Stop Veterans Service
Center at the corner of Van Rensselaer and North
Empire Geddes Streets in the City of Syracuse, Onondaga
Housing and County. The facility will include a Wellness

Farm It Out Produce, Inc. will invest


approximately $1.4 million to construct and
equip a 24,828 sq. ft. indoor greenhouse, most of
which will be dedicated to growing a large variety
of produce hydroponically. The facility will also

The company expects to be a USDA "designated
merchant", offering food stamps and SNAP to
meet the nutritional needs of lower income
families. The new business will create 7 jobs.
Felix Schoeller North America, a manufacturer of
highly technical specialty papers, will invest $8.5
million to purchase and install a silicone coating

Giovanni will purchase a state of the art facility in

The Near West Side Initiative will invest


approximately $1,056,000 to develop a 1.7 acre

Park Avenue Lantern Corporation will invest


approximately $17 million to redevelop the

Saab North America, Inc. through its sibsidiaries,


will invest approximately $55,763,000 to locate
the North American headquarters for Saab
Defense and Security USA, LLC and to commenc a
technology transfer program to develop
Saab Defense significant projducts customized for sale in the
Onondaga and Security United State. The project will include technology $10,000,000
USA, LLC transfer, building renovations, the installation of
machinery and equipment, and the installation of
furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The project
will add 258 net new jobs to the existing
workforce of 456 at Saab North America, Inc.'s
subsidiaries.

Sunoco will renovate and equip a portion of its


facility into a 30 metric ton per week grain
malting facility to be located in Fulton, New York.
This system will be capable of producing a
diverse group of malted products that our craft

Syracuse Lighting Company LLC will invest $6.81
million to complete a mixed-use renovation of

headquarters in the City of Syracuse downtown

The Kimberly at Grant Boulevard, Inc. will invest


$23,216,224 to adaptively reuse two structures
at the Sisters of Saint Francis complex on the City
of Syracuse North Side. The St. Anthony Convent
The Kimberly and Franciscan Center will be renovated into a
