Norme
pentru completarea i utilizarea Registrului Serviciului Psihologic

1. Registrul Serviciului Psihologic este un document oficial, care permite att de a structura activitatea
psihologului din instituia de nvmnt, n general, ct i de a determina volumul de munc al
specialistului, de a aprecia indiciile de ndeplinire a tuturor activitilor efectuate, n particular.
2. Registrul Serviciului Psihologic include toate tipurile de activitate a psihologului i este destinat
pentru toate tipurile de instituii de nvmnt preuniversitar i precolar, inclusiv coli internat etc.
3. Psihologul din instituia de nvmnt preuniversitar/precolar are obligaia de a completa
sistematic registrul. Toate notrile se fac cite, corect i numai cu pix de aceiai culoare (albastr sau
neagr), respectnd culoarea aleas n tot registrul.
4. La sfritul fiecrei luni psihologul completeaz Planul lunar pentru luna ce urmeaz, innd cont
de activitile planificate n planul anual i de solicitrile administraiei, cadrelor didactice din
instituie sau de problemele curente aprute, etc. Dac o anumita activitate nu s-a realizat, n rubrica
Nota se va scrietransferat pentru luna sau nerealizat, indicnd motivul.
5. Psihologul din instituia de nvmnt preuniversitar/precolar este obligat s completeze zilnic n
timpul/imediat dup realizarea activitii nr. d/o, data desfurrii, coninutul tematic, beneficiarii
(elevi, copii, prini, cadre didactice), forma de activitate, etc. n rubricile rezervate n acest scop.
Toate activitile se nregistreaz consecutiv.
6. n rubrica Codul/ sursa n cadrul activitii de psihoprofilaxie psihologul va scrie numrul
proiectului activitii din mapa corespunzt sau sursa concret a activitii desfurate.
7. Activitile profilactice, care au ca obiectiv orientarea colar i profesional se vor include n
compartimentul activitatea de psihoprofilaxie.
8. Activitatea de remediere include pn la 12-15 copii. Spaiile rezervate pentru un numr mai mare de
beneficiari sunt rezervate pentru activitile dezvoltative realizate cu un grup mai mare de copii
(grupa/clasa de elevi).
9. n rubrica Not la fiecare direcie de activitate se indic observaiile personale, lacunele depistate
ce necesit rezolvate n viitor etc.
10. La sfritul lunii se va efectua un total al activitilor realizate (psihoprofilaxie, consiliere). La
sfritul anului colar psihologul va completa raportul anual n baza rezultatelor obinute la toate
direciile de activitate, fiind prezentat persoanei responsabile de activitatea Serviciului Psihologic.
11. Directorul instituiei de nvmnt are dreptul s verifice completarea registrului S.P. i s
asigure, dup ncheierea anului de studii, pstrarea acestuia n arhiva psihologului pe o perioad de
cinci ani, conform normelor n vigoare.
12. Psihologul este obligat, la eliberarea din funcie s prezinte registrul managerului principal al
instituiei. Registrul poate fi continuat de succesor la angajarea acestuia n funcie.
13. Retragerea registrului din instituia de nvmnt este interzis.
