10 Beginning the Lesson
mins Warm up
Instruct the students a bit of movement exercise
Ask them who loves to be healthy.
Begin with the bible verse 1 Corinthians 9;25 Every athlete exercises
discipline in every way. They do it to win a perishable crown, but we an
imperishable one.
Inform the students that discipline plays an important role in our success. Also tell
them that this is not just about playing games this is also a exercise and whoever
does it seriously they will be healthy.

Developing the Lesson


Introduce them to the first ball dribbling game.
15min Groups of 4-5 line up behind a cone with a second cone 2-3 meters
s away.
Player A runs dribbles, solos to outer cone turns and passes back to B
and then runs to end of line.
Each player does likewise until A is back at the front of the line again.
Play music and tell them to move in their free style putting them in a
circle.

5mins Review
Tell them body movement is very necessary for us. It helps us to
function our brain properly.
And also it helps in the memorization process.
