spots. Many companies do not know, or could not adjust it and take full advantag
e of the new organizational situation, due to lack of experienced professionals,
for not having professionals with this profile generic view, or leave the depar
tment with limited autonomy, where major strategic decisions and always stopped
at the table of a "commander" conservative, and worried about the reaction of th
e managers of the involved areas. Those who knew, grew up and served as propagan

ongly by businesses, like fashion. By listening to talk, many have begun to crea
te branches and departments called Logistics Department. Today we see many compa
nies using the name for the Logistics department, where the service has nothing

eing appointed, simply by having time at home. Although there has been an evolut
ion in terms of dissemination and greater understanding of the scope of Logistic
s, serious mistakes continue to occur. They lack professional expertise, and org
anization charts, Logistics loses its autonomy, it should have, below department
and tolhedores conservatives. It is very important to their position in the org
anization chart, in direct contact with the company command, and making the inte
gration of all system interfaces. In the middle phase of globalization, where th
e market requires to produce more at lower costs, higher quality and better serv
ice, the use of logistics in business is a matter of survival. For companies tha
t used in the past, Logistics incorrectly and created a paradigm, the effectiven
ess of the concept, I suggest a re-evaluation of posture, trying to approach the
subject with an overview of the process, forgetting the current administration,
which is used often of good leadership, however remote, that contribute nothing
to the main purpose of the organization.
