ntify community by necessity. One or more members of a community develop the pro
ject proposal. Call sector wide assembly by any means of communication (radio, p
rint and television) by the proponents to submit the project proposal to the com
munity concerned: civil partnership, association of parents and representatives,
health committees, other groups. (Article 62 CRBV). Sort the proposal. What sec
tor appropriate? (Education, culture, sports, environment, professionals, etc.)
Lift assembly record that evidences the acceptance of the proposal, identifying
the levels of adoption of each. Notify the Director of the respective sector, th
e scope of the decision reached at the meeting approved the proposed priority. W

Set date and place of the general assembly of the sector by the counselor. Call
broad general assembly of the industry by any means of communication (radio, pri
nt and television) to all the proposals that the community concerned wishes to s
ubmit. Elaborate invitations: ooooo Local Public Planning Council. Ombudsman. Ci
ty Comptroller (which is what must be aware of the proposals). Trustee City, whi
ch is the legal representative of the hall (all directors). And organized groups
involved.

Registering attendees at the meeting. Exhibition of proposed projects (5 minutes
proposal, if need be to split the assembly, it should say so and invite the othe
r day for the remaining proposals.). • • • Seat proposed projects. Submit for co

ity of these. (Article 11 Law CLPP). Community assistance to the assemblies must
be massive. The general meeting is valid if its participants are fully identifi
ed with the sector and the participating organizations duly registered with the
CLPP, legal or not being duly constituted in accordance with the provisions of A
rticle 9 of Law CLPP. Decisions should be recorded in the minutes with each comm
unity, preferably be authenticated at the notary, "the journal." Once decisions
