    The PHG and Microlight aircraft can only be flown subject to the conditions

    stipulated in the Permit to Fly (PTF) issued by DGCA. Broadly, these machines can

    transporting passengers, aerial survey, aerial photography, throwing flowers or

    activities by an aircraft come under aerial work and a special permit from DGCA is

    required to undertake aerial work. Also, these aircraft are permitted to fly during day

    time only under good weather conditions, called VMC in aviation. Night flying is not
    permitted.
