Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in
maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Communicates directly with the executive chef to produce menus to fit patients,
visitors, and guests preferences, and needs.
Handle, store, prepare, season, and handle food in accordance with HACCP and food
Codes
Maintain rapport, order, and discipline in kitchen when problems arise.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelors degree programs preferred
Management and leadership experience required
ServSafe Certification preferred
Must be able to read and write English and follow oral and written directions
Preferred Skills
3-5 years of foodservice or culinary supervisory experience required
Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Exposed to hot, humid, wet, and cold environments
