• Took USAA’s email marketing program from 0 to 75 targeted campaigns per month in less than 2 years, helping
to make email the 2nd leading channel for product acquisitions. Kept list attrition rates below 1.5%.
• Saved USAA $480,000 per year through internal resourcing of e-newsletter creative. Saved an additional $3,000
to $7,000 per new campaign using these resources to create marketing emails during agency transition.
• Managed agency relationship to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns as well as to implement
projects to improve channel effectiveness and efficiency.
• Achieved record-breaking sales for SFA product in 2008, surpassing annual acquisition target by July.
