1. MARKING SCHEME SHOULD BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY FOR EVALUATION.

2. THE MARKING SCHEME PROVIDES SUGGESTED VALUE POINTS AND NOT THE
COMPLETE ANSWERS. IF A CANDIDATE HAS GIVEN AN ANSWER WHICH CONVEYS
THE MEANING BUT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE MARKING SCHEME, IT SHOULD BE
GIVEN WEIGHTAGE.

3. IF A QUESTION HAS PARTS, MARKS MUST BE AWARDED ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE
FOR EACH PART. MARKS AWARDED TO DIFFERENT PARTS OF A QUESTION SHOULD
THEN BE TOTALLED UP, WRITTEN AND ENCIRCLED IN THE LEFT HAND MARGIN OF
THE ANSWER CONCERNED.

PAYMENT OF THE PRESCRIBED FEE. ALL EXAMINERS / HEAD EXAMINERS ARE ONCE
AGAIN REMINDED THAT THEY MUST ENSURE THAT EVALUATION IS CARRIED OUT
STRICTLY AS PER VALUE POINTS FOR EACH ANSWER AS GIVEN IN THE MARKING
