Easement and Right of Way for Electric Power Utilities Agreement

This is an Easement and Right of Way of Electric Power Utilities Agreement

between ASTERIO C. TUTING, of legal age, married and a resident of
Balayagmanok, Bacong Negros Oriental, Philippines, (hereinafter referred to as the
"GRANTOR")

-and-

MAYA S. PATENIA, of legal age, Filipino, of legal age single and a resident of
Balayagmanok, Bacong Negros Oriental, Philippines, (hereinafter referred to as
the "GRANTEE")

WHEREAS, The GRANTOR is the heir of Abundancio Tuting (deceased) the

registered owner of the property municipally known as LOT 3994-A, PSD under
TAX DECLARATION NO. 99-03-004-00062

WHEREAS, the parties wish to establish and maintain a right-of-way Overhead

Electric Power Utilities over the Grantors easement;

NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION, of the mutual covenants and

conditions hereinafter set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree that:

The Grantor hereby grants to the Grantee a right-of-way for the passage of her
Electric Power Line, to be install by the NORECO II in favour of the Grantee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed by the parties

hereto on 9th day of March 2017 at the City of Dumaguete, Philippines.

2017, at Bacong Negros Oriental and Maya Patenia, with her Company ID, ID
No.201304 issued on ________, at Dumaguete City known to me to be the same
person who executed the foregoing instrument, and who acknowledge to me the
same in their free and voluntary act and deed.
