Negative for ascites. There is note of minimal right sided pleural effusion.
Partially contracted gallbladder with polyps vs encrusted stone
Consider renal parenchymal disease right kidney
The rests of the visualized abdomino-pelvic organs are unremarkable

Ultrasound of the HBT and KUB

IMPRESSION:

Fatty liver.
Ill- defined right hepatic hyperechoic lesion with hypoechoic rim. To consider
abscesss formation.
Normal sized gallbladder with lithiasis and small polyp.
Normal biliary tree and kidneys ultrasonically.

CT scan of the upper abdomen

IMPRESSION:

Minimal ascites
Mild hepatomegaly with heterogeneously enhancing hypodense lesion in the right
lobe (neoplasm rule out infectious/ inflammatory process).
Partially contracted gallbladder with no wall thickening and lithiasis
Suspicious enlargement of pancreatic head and body. Suggest ultrasound of the
pancreas with water loading for further evaluation
The rests of the visualized upper abdomen are unremarkable
Lower hemithorax findings as described
