so deposited will be open fox inspection free of charge
by all persons interested, at the places mentioned
above, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon and between 2
p.m. and 4.30 p.m. on any weekday except Saturdays.
The amendment becomes operative as from the
2nd September 1966, but if any person aggrieved by
it desires to question the validity thereof or of any
provision contained therein on the ground that it is
not within the powers of -the Town and Country
Planning Act, 1962, or on *he ground that any
requirement of the Act or any regulation made
thereunder has not been complied with in relation to
the making of the amendment, he may, within six
weeks from the 2nd Seprtiember 1966, make application
to Dhe High Court.

The Lancashire County Development Plan
Ashton-in-Makerfield Town Map and Designation
Map No. HI
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th July 1966,
the Minister of Housing and Local Government
amended the above Development Plan by approving
the Ashton-in-Makerfield Town Map and Designa-
tion Map No. HI relating to land within the
Ashton-in-Makerfield Urban District as an addition
thereto.
Certified copies of the approved Town Map and
Designation Map have been deposited at the County
Hall, Preston; the County Planning Offices, East
Cliff County Offices, Preston; the Divisional
Planning Office, 18 Bridgeman Terrace, Wigan; the
Town Hall, Ashton-in-Makerfield.
Certified copies so deposited are available for in-
spection free of charge by all persons interested at
the offices mentioned above during the hours that
each office is normally open.
The amendment of the Development Plan be-
came operative as from the 2nd September 1966,
but if any person aggrieved by it desires to question
the validity thereof or of any provision contained

CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
Aylesbury Rural District Council (Footpath No. 20,
Dinton) Diversion Order, 1966
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of
August 1966, the Minister of Housing and Local
Government confirmed the above Order.
Its effect is to divert that part of the public right
of way leading from the end of Boot Lane to Ford
Road (C.63), Dinton, from a point approximately 126
yards south-east of its junction with Boot Lane in a
south-easterly direction for 220 yards and then easterly
for 70 yards to its junction with Ford Road, a total
distance of 290 yards to a line running from the
aforementioned point 126 yards south-east of Boot
Lane, in a south-easterly direction for approximately
283 yards to the junction with Ford Road. The old
right of way will be closed on and from the 21st
day of October 1966.

between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
