INTRA-OFFICE MEMO
Congratulations FPM Consultants!

Our firm has been offered the opportunity to provide design proposals to F.A.R.B Software Development LTD.
(FARB) for their move to new corporate facilities in our area. This is an important strategic and operational
project that could provide significant income and profit to our company as well as an important foot hold into
implementations within the IT market that has eluded us so far.

FARB is planning to move into new facilities and, after attempts to develop a plan to move their existing
equipment from their existing location by their Internal Support Team, have decided to outsource the entire
process AND include completely new networking and computer equipment, all necessary business and specialty
software, and supporting hardware for a completely new installation. FARB anticipates significant growth for
the next several years. Network and hardware proposals should be designed for 35% growth over the next 3
years. Application software needs may grow as much as 60%.

To assure us the best chance for success in being awarded a contract, we are establishing three separate and
autonomous teams to develop design and implementation proposals for FARB. FPM Consulting top
management will make the final determination as to which proposal to present to the FARB review team and the
winning team will receive a bonus for the proposal and a further bonus if and when we sign a contract with
FARB for the project.
