Creating Maintenace Order from Notification

Creation of Notification

Tcode-IW21

Notification type-SH(Shut Down)

Press Enter Provide the following details in the next screen

Notification Description,Functional Location,Equipment,Reported By ,Priority then

Press Enter
Click on Put in Process.

Then Save.

Notification 10005423 will be generated.

Then Go to IW22

Give that notification number then Press Enter

Following screen will appear

 Create
Order

Click on Create Order in Notification

Following screen will appear

Then Press Enter

Then following screen will open

Go to Operation tab in the order Specify No.of Capacity=2

Duration=2

Calculation Key=Calculate Work

Then Press Enter

Then there will be a message on the status bar Calculation Executed

Specifying No. Duration Calculation Key

Go to Component Tab Specify the component required

Then Press Enter

 Specifying Component

Then Click on General Data button

Following screen will appear

 Reservation Number

Then Go Back Click on Release (Flag)

The Order status after release will be REL MACM PRC SETC

Then Go to Cost Tab & then Cost Subtab then Planned cost will be shown as per required
material value.
 Planned Cost

Then click on Save

Then a message will be displayed on Status Bar

Issuing Material against the order

Specify Movement Type-261

Plant-TPK1

Storage Location-KI01

Document Date- Posting Date-

Click on To Reservation
Specify Reservation number that we have got from order then Press Enter

Then following screen will appear

Then click on Save .

Following screen will appear

After Goods issue go the Order in change mode & check the costing part
 Actual Cost is updated after Goods Issue

Confirmation of Order

Specify Order-4003880

Operation-0010

Then Press Enter

Following screen will appear

Specify Actual Work-4

Work Starts On-28.09.11

Work Ends On-28.09.11

Then click on Save.

Then following screen will appear

Making the Order TECO

Tcode-IW32

Go to Menu Order-Functions-Complete-Complete(Technically)
Following screen will come

Specify Malfunction Start Date,Time & Malfunction End Date & Time to complete the
corresponding notification.Tick mark Breakdown check box
 Specifying Malfunction End Date & time

If I go to corresponding notification see the following screen

 Notification is complete now

If I go to Malfunction,Breakdown tab it will show me Breakdown hours

Settle the Order

Specify Maintenance Order 4003880

Settlement Period-06

Fiscal Year-2012

Check Test Run check Box & then Click on Execute

Then following screen will appear

Then come back

Uncheck Test Run in the Initial screen & Check Check Trans Data Check Box in the initial
screen.

Then Go to Menu Extras-Posting Date

Specify Date as f.e 28.09.11 in the following screen

Then Press Enter.Then Click on Execute(F8) then following screen will appear
When all the activities are completed with an order We have to make the order Business
Complete

Then Press Enter

Then following screen will appear

Select Menu Order-Functions-Complete-Complete(Business)

Then a message will be displayed in the status bar in the following screen
After business complete go to the order in IW32

Status is closed
