Blanking and Punching: Theory, types of die used, force requirement, theory of shear and
method of reduction of forces. Deep drawing: types of dies used, defects and lubricants used.
Chemical Etching, PCB Milling, Anodizing and Electroplating etc. Classification, types and
applications of adhesives.
