Progress Report (Week 3)

Fire Detection and Alarm System

In our previous meeting we have discussed our proposed commercial building plan with
the collaboration of the other group, we have decided together with the other group on
what plan should be used. Our next step and based on our Gantt chart is to study the
Electronic Code for FDAS, complying to the standards is required to implement this
project, when we have already have an further understanding on the positioning and
types of sensors used in this project, we are already going to start to study the protocol
of each sensors. Mr. Untalan, gives the individual task for each member. Ms. Manuels
task is to place a label in the proposed plan where to locate the position of each sensors
complying to the Philippine Electronic Code for Fire Detection and Alarm System.
During the meeting Ms. Amada listed the task for each members, in order for the group
to follow their plans, for the group to finish the project on time.

Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Ms. Erika Untalan to discuss
the floor plan and electronic code needed for the project.

Discussions:

All the members concerning with the partner group finalized the final floor plan which
both group will be using for the project. Ms. Untalan, gives the individual task for each
member. Ms. Manuels task is to place a label in the proposed plan where to locate the
position of each sensors complying with the Philippine Electronic Code for Fire
Detection and Alarm System. During the meeting Ms. Amada listed the task for each
members, in order for the group to follow their plans, for the group to finish the project
on time. Everyone agreed and clarified each thoughts. As things are cleared to all the
members, the meeting was adjourned.
