In case of any discrepancy of pressure value with a double-stage shock absorber, it’s a bit complex to identify the root-cause.

It could come from …

- An incorrect Nitrogen pressure in the Low-Pressure chamber, or…

- An incorrect Nitrogen pressure in the High-Pressure chamber, or…

- An incorrect Hydraulic volume in the Low-Pressure chamber

Due to the over-inflation of pressure P(B) the overall pressure in the shock absorber is higher than normal.

Remove Nitrogen from valve ‘B’ to match the pressure with the ‘H’ as per diagram 1.
