The majority of commercial and associated jobs are
expected in the City Centre. This means it is essential
to both improve connections and accessibility into
the City Centre in line with population growth. By
encouraging new development and new residents to
move into the City Centre and surrounds over time,
this will also help to encourage new businesses to
establish and to promote economic growth.
