*First Scene*

(Planning)

Jan: Teachers primarily make lesson plans regarding the course of the subject that
they would be teaching to their students. They strategize about how they could
make every encounter a meaningful one by imparting knowledge through taking
into account the students interests and instructional needs.

*Second Scene*

(Teach Knowledge)

Jan: After having organized plans on how teachers could teach the lessons, it is now
their duty to impart knowledge to students and make sure that everything that is
needed to be dispensed as a learning to the students should be done following the
curriculum given to them.

*Third Scene*

(Instruction)

Jan: Teachers also have the role of facilitating in the students learning. A teacher
may give focus to students who have difficulty in learning the subject and they may
also assess the performance of the students in class by constantly giving
evaluations through compliments, suggestions for improvement and also grades.

*Fourth Scene*

(Student Interaction)

Jan: Spending most of the day in school, it is the teacher that the students should
have to interact with in a daily basis. Teachers serve as leaders inside the
classrooms and they should be respected and should be a good mold where every
students could practice. They are responsible for the student-teacher relationship by
trying to reach out to students specially to know if the teacher and student are on
the same page. They should show equality among their students and no special
treatment should be given because a fair teacher can be the best teacher because
of giving equal treatments to each one like rewards for favourable behaviour and
punishment for unfavourable behaviour.

*Fifth Scene*

(Mentoring)

Jan: This role of a teacher is something that is natural; it can be intentional on the
part of the teacher or not. Mentoring is being able to encourage a student to strive
hard in everything that they do. The teachers may control the self esteem of a
student and it is their role to promote and build up their self esteem by constantly
providing advices and also by listening to what they say.

*Sixth Scene*

(Role Model)

Jan: Students may see their teachers as role model. This is something that could be
positive or negative. A teacher may influence a students perspective in looking at
things. They may serve as inspiration for the future endeavours of students or they
may also be obstacle in attaining a dream of a student. So teachers should see to it
that they impart the best behaviour and attitude towards life to their students.
