Important Instructions
1. Admit Card: Bring a colour printout of this Admit card to the examination centre.
2. Identity Verification: This admit card must be presented for verification along with one of the following
ORIGINAL photo IDs:
(i) Hall ticket / admit card of the final examination with photo or
(ii) College / Institute identity card or
(iii) Certificate from the Principal / Head of the Department (As given in Appendix A of CEED brochure)
3. Reporting Time: Report to the examination centre at 8.00 AM for identity verification and biometric identity
capture.
4. Hall Entry / Exit: Entry to the examination centre after 10:30 AM will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
Also, candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination, except for
medical emergencies.
5. Scribbling pads for rough work will be provided. Exchange of this is NOT allowed.
6. Drawing Materials: Candidates must bring their own pencils, sketch pens, poster colors and other drawing
materials for the examination. Also bring a writing board of A4 size. Exchanging and borrowing of these materials
will NOT be permitted.
7. Items NOT permitted: Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators etc. are NOT allowed in the
examination hall. Pencils/ Pens are allowed.
8. If the Photo / Signature in the admit card is not clear, bring two copies of your passport size photographs pasted
on a plain paper and put your signature on this sheet. Also mention your Roll Number, Registration Number and
Name on this sheet. Hand it over to the Invigilator at the time of the examination.
9. Adoption of Unfair means: Adoption of any unfair means for and during the examination will result in the
disqualification of the candidature.
