Workout to reduce emotional pain

My hypothesis it that if I workout everyday for 1 hour I can relieve stress and also get stronger.
That way I can also put all of my negative emotional pain into physical actions. This will help me
be more happy because I really have a passion for doing anything physically challenging, and I
like to build muscle in anyway possible.

My procedure is to go into the living room everyday after school or whenever I have freetime. I
can and workout for around 1 hour a day. I will bring my phone with me and take the Oxford
happiness quiz before my workout, and then again after the workout. Then I can state how I feel
in general before the workout.

3/1/17 2.34 3.84 Today I felt depressed because me and my girlfriend got
into a fight and it is our 1 month anniversary.

3/2/17 1.84 2.86 Today my brother in law got mad at me and I feel that
everyone is always upset with me

3/4/17 2.48 3.68 Today was a good day. I got to go see a movie with my
dad and have some quality father son bonding time.

3/5/17 1.46 2.58 Today me and my girlfriend go into another fight. This
time Im not sure if we will stay with each other.

3/6/17 1.78 2.86 My girlfriend thinks that Im cheating on her with my best
friend Anika. She is forcing me to choose her or Anika.

3/7/17 1.22 2.34 I was finally forced to choose and of course I chose Iris.
Anika needs to get over me and realize that I am not
available. This kills me.

3/8/17 1.36 2.82 My girlfriend is happy now, but now I have to see Anika
everyday and know that I broke her heart. And that had
to leave a good friend behind.

Throughout this experiment I have had a lot struggles and heartbreak, but this evidence shows
that when I workout I am able to release emotional conflict and pain into physical actions to
push it out of my body. Every time that I have worked out on these days I have been able to
reduce my emotional pains.
