THE REALITY OF BEING IN CHRIST

roman 10:9, 10

every thing god has promised us his protection, provision is made available once you
are made in christ - when ur born again, when u get saved

when u confess jesus as ur lord - then ur saying I am now under his protection , I say I
am coming under him - so he is the one who should protect, provide , guidance

john 10:14 - he is the good shepherd , if he is the shepherd cos I have confessed he is
my lord - then I shall not want anything

I am not in want of health, money, peace, joy, - he is my shepherd I shall not want

this happens as a result of me being in christ - now I should align my thinking that I will
not be want of money, healing, strength - as I am under the lordship of christ

CONFESS : I believe that jesus is the son of god and he was crucified and raised from
the dead - I confess as my lord and savior , he is dominating my life, he is guiding me ,
he is leading me

I am in christ jesus , all is well with me

acts 17:28 - i am strong cos i am in him , so i have his strength - we are strong in him

john 15:5

u have his life, his ability, his nature - we are in christ, and christ in us - its amazing

i am not talking religious we are in christ hallelujah - I am saying who ur right now, what
u can do right now - ur in christ so everything UR is through him

john 15:7

if his words abide in me - its not talking about memorizing verses, preaching the verses

what does this mean ? the measure of how much word we hear or preach is not what it
means -

here abide means practicing the word - we may hear lot of word and not practice that
word - we can mediate it and teach it but not practice it

the only proof is when we practice the word - thats when the word abides in me

If you are not doing the word , practice it - word wont abide this is different from
religion

abides in me is the measure I practice the word

so u can ask for anything when u abide by the word

CONFESS : I abide in him, i live in him he is the wine i am the branch the wines in the
branch , the branch is in the wine his life life of god is in me, his nature the love of god
is in me - just like the blood flows in my natural body - his life flows through my inner
body - i will let that life, love dominate me

2cori 5:17

i am in christ , i am new species that has never existed before - my life is inside him

there is a reason why god looks at the heart - man looks outside

when he looks at us he looks us in christ, he doesnt see us - he is not seeing us , god

sees christ when he sees us

the world disqualify us , but god qualify us - when sin abounds, grace will super abound

grace will be always greater than sin

take few people in OT - u will always find gods grace and favor will lift them not based
on what they have done

there were prostitutes who brought great man - world disqualify - but god wont
disqualify cos ur in christ

ur qualified cos who you are in -

the day u believe that ur in christ, i am child of god - we need not even talk about bad
behavior - once ur confident in ur identity we need not talk about ur behavior

ur not going to be disqualified cos u did some thing in ur behavior - as ur behavior will
change as u start believing right

this is not excuse to sin - if u sin, then it means u have still not identified who ur -

i am in christ i will get a better job, i am in christ all my needs are met, i am in christ so i
am healed

people are worried about going to heaven - let me tell u , ur in christ so u need not
doubt whether u ll go or not

CONFESS : I am a new creature in jesus christ , i am a new creation being with the life
of god, with the nature of god, with the ability of god on the inside of me

2 cori 4:16 - the inward man is real, when u get saved u dont get a new body - but the
inward man the spirit becomes the new creation , the old has passed away

u have to keep confessing who ur - jesus confessed who he was and what he would do
every were he went

jesus said when u see me , u have seen the father

so u cannot say bad about urself - u may have been saying in the past, but now u cant -
cos ur in christ

i am good for nothing, weak, useless, - dont u talk wrong about the work manship about
the creation of god - any time u think about ur weakness, dont say that , ur to talk ur in
christ

the old man is dead, ur skillfully, wonderfully made , anointed ur awesome, amazing, u
need to recognize who ur

I am anointed, prosperous, successful, healed, rich, have strength , child of god,

conqueror, overcomer - all these cos i am in in christ

u should not talk bad about gods product - ur in christ

CONFESS :
I am his work manship, he made me a new creation, i am made by god

2corn 5:21

jesus was made sin, he didnt know how to sin - so on the cross god made sin on him -
JESUS was made sin without sinning - its for our sake - so that we can be made
righteous with out doing righteous

u cant be righteous unless ur in him - cos I am in him my righteousness is secure -

I am in christ, so nothing I do in the outside can rob the righteousness I have in the
inside - I am made righteous so I cannot be a sinner now

I am secured in righteousness , cos i am in christ

everything I got is secured in christ

religion talks about sin, stop sinning , dont do this and that

u know the law was given so that they will sin - to know that they cannot stop sinning -
to prove u cant be righteous without christ
roman 6:14

if i am under law sin will dominate me , it will torment

if i live in christ , i know the finished work , i trust all things done in christ, my confidence
that i am in christ, i know my identity, and then it changes my behavior

so why do people act like sinners - cos they dont know their identity , dont know their in
christ

how much righteous acts a man has to do to please god, to be righteous ?

how much a sinner has to sin to be a sinner ?

what if u confessed all sins and forget one - bible says what ever u do without faith is sin

ur made righteous as u were made sinner when u were born in this world

u may miss the mark, u might sin - but have the identity, ur in christ - then ur behavior
will change soon

if u have confidence in the identity , that ur in christ -

righteousness - is right standing with god, without the sense of condemnation - u stand
before god without being condemned

once u realize ur in christ, all the stress is gone, we are free - we are at rest

roma 8:1

this verse is saying there is no condemnation if i walk in spirit - (it doesnt come well in
translation)

there is no condemnation in christ. (period) - in him there is no condemnation in him

cos its got nothing to do with u - its with only what christ has done = there is no
condemnation in christ , i am in christ

no feeling that i am sinner, i did some thing and god cant bless me or use me - there is
no shame , no guilt - cos in christ I have the gift of no condemnation
