The goal of this internship is to create a curriculum development

corporate organizations. Ultimately there will be a leadership track
and a management/employee track.

As part of a diverse team of D&I professionals we will use research,


our experience, and the voice of the customer to make
recommendations and ultimately develop the curriculum.

We will assess success in public programs via pilot feedback and


evaluations in the short-term. Long-term (3 to 5-years) we
recommend tracking the number of law suits, customer and
employee satisfaction surveys, and number of complaints.

Corporate programs will be assessed by the same short-term


methods. Long-term we recommend tracking organizational growth
and profitability, customer service indexes, and increases in market
share.
Deliverables The scope and deliverables for the internship are:
