maxi-preps), DNA gel analysis, quantification and extraction.
Protein expression and purification in prokaryotic system.

SDS-PAGE and Agarose gel electrophoresis, enzymatic assays, (double and

Investigated modulation of Ca2+ ATPase (SERCA) by synthetic inhibitor
compound.
Analyzed that out of four compounds (AS-9, 10, 11,12) AS10 shows good
inhibitory effect, as its having I50 value.
 The effect of the inhibitor on the ATPase activity as a function of different
concentrations of Ca2+ is competitive nature.
