Aim of the Publication:

!
Share decision made by the LDMF Foundation to general public. Considering the interest of local and
international network, community, on the research field, and opportunities for participation,
collaboration, project management instruments and rules set by the LDMF Foundation.

!
The LDMF Foundation Board and Chairman, Session 2016.06.27 made following decisions set in 27+0
paragraphs, as follows:

!
.0 The LDMF Foundation is dedicated to research and technology innovation, as one of its main
activities, as its aim is to develop a new frame for humanist visionary technology, collaborate with the
development of a global culture and advancement of a global civilization.

!
.1 One of the Objects of the LDMF Foundation is to care for peace, family, culture, life sustainability,
wealth generation, scientific research, technology innovation, heritage, legacy with a positive impact
in the creation of a new future of humanity through a visionary and humanist global culture and
civilization.

!
.2 As well one of the objects of the LDMF Foundation is to care, protect, support, develop, advance the
Research Projects and Technology Innovation projects of Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken.

!
.3 For this purpose, the LDMF Foundation will develop the following strategies.

!
.3.1 -Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken will be requested to lead the research field, and engage into
research work for the LDMF Foundation for at least 72% of its available time.

!
.3.2 -A Guild of scientists will be build, under the organization frame of the Golden Guild Theta (See
please membership, LDMF Foundation Board Decisions 2016).

!
.3.3 -A circle of interns, volunteers and scientific research assistants will be build, for research projects
teams.

.3.4 -Strategic collaboration with scientific research networks, organizations, researchers and
education organizations will be stablished.

!
.3.5 -Strategic collaboration with local and regional governments, will be developed.

!
.3.6 -The LDMF Foundation, as an organization, through its design, will serve a well as a field of
research and exploration. The know how and technology result of the research projects development,
will be implemented and tested first within the LDMF Foundation organization.

!
.3.7 -The LDMF Foundation will be gamified, and provide a complete training program, on the fields of
research, products, solutions, technology developed through research projects of the LDMF Foundation.

!
.3.8 -Through business incubation the LDMF Foundation will create for profit and not for profit
organizations, dedicated to utilize and provide the products, know how, solutions, technology developed
through the research projects of the LDMF Foundation.

!
.3.9 -Publications will be made in a variety of digital and printed formats.

!
.3.10 -The LDMF Foundation will expand its global reach through the creation of research units,
education programs and business incubation programs world wide and online. According to case,
collaboration with local research, education, business and technology innovation organizations, as
well local state, will be necessary; otherwise independent register of new organizations for profit and
not for profit at those locations.

.3.11 -Additional strategies will be suggested to the LDMF Foundation Board, for review, validation,
budgeting and implementation, by each of the research projects teams.

!
.4 The LDMF Foundation provides a legal structure and frame for research work, according to the
foundation statements, and objects of the foundation.

!
.5 The Areas of Research will be defined according to the research projects structures and development
of multidisciplinary research fields, projects and goals, developed by Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken
since 1987

.6 Project management plans will be developed for each research project, by utilizing Primordial
technology Theta Project Management Tools. Collaboration strategy between research projects will be
supported and promoted. For example the research results of one will be complementary to the research
results or needs of the other ones.

!
.7 Budget for the research projects will be calculated, by each project unit, and presented to the LDMF
Foundation Board for approval.

!
.8 The know how utilized by the LDMF Foundation, for the purpose of research, organization,
administration, strategic management is that one created by the LDMF Foundation and in particular
the one created by Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken, as for example Primordial Technology Theta.

!
.9 Participation in a research project, will be feasible, only of the researchers, assistants of research,
collaboration partners, volunteers, have completed following stages:

!
.9.1 Join the golden guild theta

!
.9.2 Complete training in the Primordial Technology Theta and other tools, know how, technology
created by the LDMF Foundation, made available for research

!
.9.3 Complete a training program with rank (see Membership), as for volunteer, internship, until
reaching the rank and qualifications necessary to be eligible for participation in a research project.

!
.10. Conditions for eligibility for participation in a research project (.9) will vary according to
decision of the LDMF Foundation Board, according to research project and candidate case. In general
will be:

.10.1 Rank, with qualifications that ensure capacity of responsible application.

!
.10.2 Training on Primordial Technology Theta Assessment Tools, Project Management, Self-Management.

!
.10.3 Training in the research project background.

!
.10.4 Other conditions that the LDMF Foundation Board will decide according to case.

.11 The candidates will be evaluated by the LDMF Foundation Board, and only if they qualify and are
eligible, after final decision of the LDMF Foundation board will be accepted for the process necessary
for their qualification (.10.)

!
.12 Strategic Collaboration with universities, research organizations, researchers circles will be as
well promoted, for which the collaboration partners need to be eligible.

!
.13 Budget necessary for the research projects will be gathered through income that is generated by
services provided by the LDMF Foundation, donations, crowdfunding, funding, or investment (Business
Incubation Programs).

!
.14 Researchers compensation. Beside covering the expenses of the research project, the researchers will
be entitled to compensation, according to rank, level of responsibility, role, taken for the research
project with the following priority order, as follows:

!
.14.0 Tokkens, points, gift certificate valid to be exchanged for benefits through projects products and
services of the LDMF Foundation.

.14.1 The project itself, consider several benefits for the researchers and their teams, according to case,
for example accommodation, travel, transport, equipment, training, meals, communication, and
others.

.14.2 Cover the basic living needs according to location (geo location, crono location, digilocation) and
research project needs. Including meals, accommodation, leisure, transport, family bonus.

.14.3 Cover the health insurance, and other insurances necessary.

!
.14.4 In the case researchers complete the development of a solution, products or technology, will be
eligible for a bonus. The nature of the bonus will vary according to case and approval by the LMDF
Foundation Board.

!
.14.5 If eligible, researchers will be welcome to join the investors pool of business incubation projects of
the LDMF Foundation, developed based on the solutions or technology they have researched on. Eligibility
will vary according to case, and will be evaluated by the LDMF Foundation Board, in general, based on
legal conditions that need to be verified, as well as rank, qualifications, and assessment of the level of
participation and responsibility in the results achieved through the research project (based on reports).

.14.6 if eligible, researchers with the necessary rank and responsibility role, experience in the
application of primordial technology theta, will agree to receive an additional compensation. the
nature of this compensation will vary according to case, from % commissions, project final net income
wages per unit of project completion, goal achieved, or total project completion, or any other to be
designed by the LDMF Foundation board.

.15 Every research project will have an archive, time line of publications, actions, and report of the
level of participation and responsibility of the research team. Including budget, expenses, vs. results.

!
.16. Researchers must complete reports daily, in order to describe their level of participation and
responsibility in the project.

.17 All members of a research project commit also to participate in the LDMF Foundation Game of the
Gods, Internship & Volunteers Programs of the LDMF Foundation.

!
.18. Researchers, research assistants, interns, volunteers and collaboration partners, funders,
financial supporters, interested into participation and collaboration need to inform the LDMF
Foundation Board on their intention and apply for an evaluation process, assessment.

!
.19. If eligible (.18) candidates will be welcome to join a gamified evaluation process, which includes
training, volunteer, internship and participation in the Golden Guild Theta network collaboration
process.

!
.20. The evaluation process has 9+ stages, and its result will be a rank (assessment, Matrix 9+ score card),
and potential projects candidates are eligible to join, and complementary training programs that are
necessary, and conditions for participation.

!
.21. Candidates will as final stage, need to apply to the LDMF Foundation board, in order to be accepted,
integrated into the research projects. If eligible, will be requested to join a trial period that will
increase in time and commitment, as well responsibility, from 9 days, to 27, 81, 243, 729 days or more.

!
.22. Collaborators may be invited by the LDMF Foundation board to join a circle of advisors, or
research review guild. The LDMF Foundation Board, will complete an assessment and report on each
guest, and justify the invitation to the research review guild.

.23. The research review guild members responsibility is of review of the results and process of research,
and report on their conclusions, with a list of suggestions, addressed to the LDMF Foundation Board, for
management purposes.

!
.24. The members of the research guild need as well to join the evaluation program, for research field
members, of the LDMF Foundation (.18).

!
.25. In order to apply, intentional candidates need to send a letter (e-mail) to the LDMF Foundation
board and Chairman, to welcome@luisdanielmaldonadofonken.info with an intentional letter or
invitation letter (in case of being invited to join the Research Review Guild) and references on skills,
previous work, professional experience.The LDMF Foundation Board will answer the letter with self-
assessment chart, that the intentional candidates need to fill out and send back, and with additional
questions or requests of information, for purpose of eligibility assessment (The LDMF Foundation Board
will evaluate if the intentional candidates are eligible for the "Research Field Membership"evaluation
process)

.26. The definitions, process, evaluations, assessments, indicators, mentioned in the paragraphs of this
document .0 - .26 have been set by the LDMF Foundation Board and Chairman, and are subject of change
under only by a new decision by the LMDF Foundation Board and Chairman agreement; to be made
according to the results of the evaluation of a the need of such a change. The evaluation will be made
by utilizing assessment tools of the LDMF Foundation, as for its own know how: Primordial Technology
Theta.

.27. Opinions, suggestions for changes and advancement of the decision made and presented in this
document are welcome through the correct communication and collaboration instrument set for this
purpose, described in the LDMF Foundation Board and Chairman session 2016.005, on Membership,
Communication and Collaboration Instruments, Structures and Roles.
