Season pass Option. Members in good standing n?y waive the usual Fanily

5. Bikes. Bikes taken to the pool or tennis courts should be parked in the
bike rack or, if it is filled, be left in the bike rack area. Bikes and/or
boards are not to be brought j-nside the fenced area during general swim

request approval from the Bel pre Recreitional Association

TEmrIs rIfsTRuCTrOr. The BeI Pre Recreation Association recogni.zes the


desirability of tennis instruction. They. also r""ogri". tn"-ii6nt of any
member to arrange for private instruc-tion and wif f ,"fi"g
arrangements for quality instruction. ""ri"i-it
rn order to enco.urage quality instruction at Bel pre courts, the Board of
Trustees may designate one court on a reserved basis for tennis instruction
subje c t t o t h e fo l l o w i n g co n si d e r ations:

1. Courts may be reserved for instruction by the pro with 24 hour posted
notice during the following hours:

10:00 a.m.-6:0O p.n. Monday, Wednesd.y, Friday


10:00 a.m.-Dark Tuesdly, fhursday
11:00 a.m. -Dark Saturdiy, Sundayl ttolidays
2. Reserved eourts nay be used for instruction for Bel pre Recreatj-onal
Association rnernbers only.

3. Individuals.. wishing private instruction during time other than those


stated in Rure #1 must wait in turn for the use of a court.

4. Instructors with two or more students on a regular-fee basis must have


written permission from the Board of Trustees.

5. Instructors must furnish the following information for each student:


name, address, reserved instructj-on tine, expected duration of Iessons.

6. Equipment needed for instructj-on (other than that incidental to the


court) w i I I b e t h e r e s p o n s i b i J . i t y of the instructor and/or student. This
equipment should be clearly marked to distinguish it as belonging to the
instructor and/or student.

7. The instructor must post an updated weekly teaching schedule on the


tennis bulletin board.

PARXI}TG

1. Vehj-cles shall be parked in designated areas on1y.

Z. Vehicles should conform to a naximum speed linit of 10 n.p.h. and must


adhere to traffic directional arrows and fire lanes.

3. No ball playing is aLlowed in the parking Iot.

4. The parkj.ng lot is locked each night and there is not overnight parking.

OTHER

1. A11 dues, charges, and damages to property of the Club incurred or caused
by a member, menber of the fanily unitr or memberrs gge_st, shall constitute
a debt by the member of the Club. Members are responsible for all actions of
their g u e s t s .

2. Menbers found to be in violation of the Club rules will be subject to


sus pen s i o n .
