* No rental fee for the useof the Pavilion is assessed However,there is a refi-rndable
cleaningfee depositof $50.00 (fifty dollars).Membersusingthe Pavilion are responsible
for the cleaningof the faciliry following their event.The pool manageron durywii-
decideif the areais-clean.The Pavilion and areaareconsideredcleanwhen ali trashis
depositedin the propertrashcontainer;food debrisis removedfrorrrthe tables,chairsand
thi floor; tables,chairsand loungesare returnedto their properplace; any decorations are
removed; and any bon-owed sporting equipment is retumedin good condition.Groups
sponsoringBPRA sanctionedeventssuchas July 4th functions,Swim Team eventsand
Over Fifties club meetingsneednot make an advar:ce deposit,but remain liabiefor the
cleaningfee if the managelon duty determinesthatthe areais not clean.

The firstsentenceof the PavilionRules(adoptedby the Boardof Trustees,May 19,
