Re: [NDD Area 13] Visitor Protocol for Construction Sites

Dear Valued Stakeholders,

The NDD Area 13 Project Team would like to inform you of our visitor protocol for those that would like
to visit any construction job sites within NDD Area 13s operational boundaries. The visitor protocol as
detailed below can be found in the NDD Operational Excellence Management Plan (OEMP).

Construction Site Visitor Protocol

NDD Area 13 has a project specific visitor protocol to ensure that the IIF message is incorporated
and understood by all who step foot on a NDD Area 13 job site. All visitors can be categorized as
either Frequent Visitors or Infrequent Visitors.

Frequent Visitors will be required to attend the NDD Area 13 IIF Orientation Workshop (4
hours) as well as the NDD Area 13 Project/HES Orientation (30 mins). These visitors are expected
to have already completed applicable MSW training as well. In so doing, the Frequent Visitors
will be given an NDD green sticker to wear on their CPI Badge granting them access to all NDD
construction facilities after the associated access control sign in and orientation. Those listed as
Frequent Visitors are as follows:

Infrequent Visitors are any other visitors not listed as Frequent Visitors above and/or those
that have not attended the NDD Area 13 IIF Orientation Workshop. This category of visitors will
be required to attend the NDD Area 13 Project/HES Orientation (30 mins) and must be
accompanied by an appropriate member of the NDD Project Team. Advance notice of at least 48
hours must be given to a member of the NDD Leadership Team to coordinate the orientation and
site visit. The NDD Area 13 Project/HES Orientation must be refreshed annually.

For those listed as Frequent Visitors, an IIF Orientation schedule will be shared to ensure your
attendance. Should you have any questions related to this NDD Visitor Protocol, please contact Ms. Erica
Toussaint at Ext. 26819 or Mr. Ron Heuchert at Ext. 27295.

Tim proyek NDD Area 13 hendak menginfokan kepada anda mengenai protokol untuk pengunjung yang
hendak mengunjungi lokasi konstruksi di dalam batasan operasional NDD Area 13. Protokol pengunjung
yang dijelaskan di bawah ini dapat ditemukan dalam Operational Excellence Management Plan (OEMP).

Protokol Pengunjung Lokasi Konstruksi

NDD Area 13 memiliki protokol pengunjung yang spesifik untuk proyek untuk memastikan bahwa
pesan IIF disertakan dan dimengerti oleh semua pihak yang memijakkan kaki dalam sebuah area
pekerjaan NDD Area 13.Semua pengunjung bias dikategorikan sebagai salah satu dari
Pengunjung Tetap atau Pengunjung Tidak Tetap.

Pengunjung Tetap perlu mengikuti kelas orientasi IIF NDD Area 13 (4 jam), beserta Orientasi
HES Proyek NDD Area 13 (30 menit). Pengunjung dalam kategori ini diharapkan juga telah
melalui training MSW. Setiap Pengunjung Tetap akan diberikan sebuah stiker hijau NDD untuk
dikenakan pada badge CPInya yang menjadi tanda pemberian ijin untuk mengakses semua area
konstruksi NDD setelah proses access control terkait beserta orientasi. Yang terdaftar sebagai
Pengunjung Tetap adalah sebagai berikut:

Pengunjung Tidak Tetap adalah pengunjung-pengunjung selain Pengunjung Tetap di

atas/atau pihak-pihak yang belum menghadiri kelas Orientasi IIF NDD Area 13. Kategori
pengunjung ini perlu menghadiri Orientasi HES Proyek NDD Area 13 (30 menit) dan harus
disertai anggota tim Proyek NDD yang sesuai. Pemberitahuan lebih awal paling tidak 48 jam
sebelumnya harus diinfokan ke anggota NDD Leadership Team untuk menkoordinasikan orientasi
dan kunjungan ke lokasi. Orientasi HES Proyek NDD Area 13 harus dilakukan refresh setiap
tahun.

Untuk pihak-pihak yang dikategorikan Pengunjung Tetap, jadwal Orientasi IIF akan diinfokan untuk
memastikan kehadiran anda. Jika anda masih memiliki pertanyaan terkait protocol pengunjung NDD ini,
